Sandy Presley
Sandra Presley is a watercolorist and an oil painter. She has been painting since 1965 where she was inspired by scenes of western Connecticut.
Settling in New Hampshire in the 70’s she continued to paint and work in photography. She spent 23 years working with the portrait photographer Arthur Whitty and painting freelance. She has shown her work throughout New England and has studied most recently with Stan Moeller and Bruce McColl.
By teaching watercolor painting at the Rise Institute for Senior Education at Rivier University and at Beck’s Art Express of Nashua, NH, she was able to share the joy of painting with others.
Her newest watercolors reveal nuanced color and texture as they portray the natural beauty of the landscape.
